If this was Project Runway, our task today is to create something 'couture' for the eight-time gold medalist in the Beijing Olympics Mr. Michael Phelps. It has to be innovative, wearable and something he will really like. The materials? His 8 Olympic medals but you have an option to add more materials so long as the eight will be used as the primary materials for this task.
